Raj Rayaprolu

Managing Director

Raj is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a management graduate of IBS, India.

He started his career working for an Indian consulting firm, specialising in corporate strategy and public sector change. He was head-hunted to lead the team responsible for establishing the Indian office of a private port management company on behalf of an Indo-Dutch joint venture. Once set up, Raj was retained to manage the operation during its fledgling period. He co-founded the Oremus Group in 2002 and has continued to develop the company, drawing upon his wealth of international experience derived from establishing Oremus’ offices in the United States, the UK and Dubai. Presently residing within the UK, Raj is currently concentrating on developing ELTA Partnership’s operations and associated client base utilising his entrepreneurial flair and strong technological experience..

Lisa Garside

Chief Business Officer

Lisa is now in her fourth decade working in the accounting services industry. Lisa began her training and career in Chartered Accountancy practices in the UK and then moved to various private businesses, including manufacturing companies and industries working as Financial Controller to currently working as CBO for the Oremus Corporation, heading up all UK operations. She has extensive expertise in financial and tax requirements for small and medium-sized operations, as well as running accountancy practices, making her well placed to consult across geographies, industries, and accounting service functions.

Based in the UK, Lisa likes to spend her downtime with her husband and three sons but finds more of her leisure time happily taken up by her dog an Italian Spinone called Geoffrey and her cat, Fearghal a Maine Coon

Mark Leighton

Chief Operating Officer

Mark is a founding team member of Elta at its inception seven years ago.

He is an Economics graduate from Northumbria University and qualified as an accountant with ACCA in 2007. He also has a first class honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Mark started working in the pub industry in 2001 straight out of University when the first project he worked on was the Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises franchise agreement. Over the last 17 years he has worked with all of the major pub companies on similar projects and delivered financial trading seminars for lots of prospective and current publicans. He is regularly asked by his vast network of regional managers for his opinion on problem sites and often required to get to the bottom of issues within these businesses. Whilst he understands the numbers, he also has a flair for the retail side of the business providing merchandising and marketing ideas to help to deliver growth in sales in the pubs he deals with. Mark possesses a wealth of experience and technical knowledge which affords him the opportunity to provide his clients with advice and guidance to a level that few can match.

Samantha Fisher

Senior Accountant

Samantha has a wealth of experience in licensed trade accounting and has been working in the industry since 2004.

She started her career in payroll and has worked through all roles covering all aspects of an accounting function. She is now a Senior Accountant/Tax Manager.

Gopika Khanna

Senior Accountant

Gopika is a Masters graduate, having an experience of 3 years in the field of accountancy. She has been a part of our team since August 2020 and started in our Payroll department and now is a part of our Accounts department. Her responsibilities include Producing & Preparing financial reports, Maintaining the clients credit limits and ensuring the invoice and payments are correct, computing and reviewing MGD returns, assisting in completion of VAT returns, and maintaining the book for her assigned Clients.

Suzanne Williams

Senior Payroll Manager

Suzanne has twenty-three years' experience processing payroll, having progressed from a Payroll Clerk to our Senior Payroll Manager in that time.

Suzanne has a wealth of experience, running numerous payrolls on a daily basis. In addition, Suzanne gives support and advice to our clients on topics such as holiday pay, maternity leave and payment, sick pay entitlement and the minimum wage legislation. Suzanne is qualified through the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers with a Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management.

Jayne Leighton

Payroll Administrator

Jayne worked within the Retail Industry at Management level for more than 25 years, 20 years of which was within Human Resources as a HR Business Partner overseeing and supporting Retail stores and store based HR and Management Teams. Jayne joined Elta Partnership in 2018 and works within the Payroll Team providing payroll services and support to our clients.

Laura Cross

Business Manager

Laura has been with ELTA since 2012 and has a great understanding and knowledge of how the business operates.

Her responsibilities include, managing and communicating between our offices, account managers and clients to ensure that everything is dealt with quickly and to the best service level possible.

Philip Ray

Accounts Administrator

Phil joined us in January 2019 and is part of our Accounts Administrator team.
